- Confirm the wavelengths. You want to hear 1064 and 532 minimum, plus 755 if you have any green.
- Hold the full 6 to 8 weeks between sessions — the longer clearance cycle matters more here.
- Protect the site from sun for the entire course. Tanning forces lower fluence, which cripples an already slower machine.
- Move daily to support lymphatic clearance — the single most underrated variable.
